WORKSHOPS

We offer a variety of activities throughout the year, including yoga retreats, theatre courses and creative writing. Relax and enjoy your workshop of choice- we provide all the meals. There is a 10m x 5m heated pool in the grounds, 1 hectare of forest land to explore, and lots of cozy corners to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

7 Day Mindfulness Retreat (MBSR) 9th- 15th June 2019

Join us for 7 days (6 nights) of Mindfulness, Healthy food and Walks and Pool time. Relax and unwind whilst learning some life enhancing practices for well-being. There will be daily yoga or Mindful movement suitable for all. All food and accommodation is provided, as well as trips to the surrounding area.
